How long will delivery take?
If the item in stock in our warehouse it will be delivered within 24 hours. If the item is not stocked, then it will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
The protection of your personal information is dominant to us. Any personal information you provide when setting up your account and during the ordering process will be high-level SSL encrypted before being transferred to our server. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Free delivery on all orders above 100 AED/-, no matter how much you order, when you pay by Cash on Delivery.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or at the following work day. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment.
